Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Implement lesson plans provided and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students in their learning and address any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.
